Business Development Representative
Radial is dedicated to supporting the adoption of interventional psychiatry by building a quality clinical network. They are seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to enhance clinic visibility, nurture strategic relationships, and convert interest into patients seeking care.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive prospecting strategy to generate new business opportunities through various channels including cold outreach, referral, email campaigns, and networking events
- Send outreach letters and make phone calls to local therapists, IOPs, physicians, and other healthcare providers
- Coordinating weekly in-person visits to referring offices and programs
- Schedule and help host meet-and-greets, lunch-and-learns, and provider introductions with our board-certified psychiatrist and clinic leadership team
- Cultivate a deep understanding of the products and capabilities of both Radial and potential partners to identify opportunities to create mutual value for both parties
- Design strategies to better support and engage referral partners across higher levels of care channels
- Attend and lead various educational meetings, market presentations, and networking events
- Represent Radial at industry conference, trade shows, and relevant events to enhance visibility and network with potential partners
- Track and analyze performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of partnerships and identify areas for optimization and improvement
- Fill potential gaps and monitor inbound referral and communicate with relevant parties to provide visibility into the referral to admission process
- Act as the in-house expert on relevant markets, providing insights and guidance to internal teams as needed
- Partner with internal team to ensure partnerships are properly implemented and processes / operations are set to drive a successful partnership
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to accurately track partnership activities, communication and market data
- Daily phone-based cold/warm lead calling to prospective patients, referring providers, and community programs
- Weekly in-person drop-ins to local clinics, therapy offices, IOPs, wellness centers, and medical groups to introduce our services and establish referral relationships
- Collaborate with the leadership and marketing team to execute campaigns, track outreach performance, and identify new referral and growth opportunities
- Manage inbound leads through our CRM system. Follow up via calls, texts, and emails to educate potential clients on our treatment services, qualify interest, and schedule initial consultations
- Serve as a knowledgeable first point of contact for prospective patients and families. Provide clear, compassionate education on our services and treatment approach
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Prior experience in healthcare, mental health is highly valued
- Organized, personable, and proactive — you thrive on relationship-building
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable learning and speaking about clinical services via phone, text, email and in person
- Driven to make a real difference in the lives of patients through mission-driven work
- Experience with CRM tools and phone-based lead conversion is a plus
- Previous experience with TMS strongly preferred, regardless of device type
- Familiarity with electronic medical records
- Experience in conducting or assisting with clinical trials
