• Expand collections beyond medical accounts as the program grows

Skills

• Proven experience resolving challenging customer situations
• Professional communication skills suited for conflict resolution
• Ability to self-manage in a remote work environment with strict attendance adherence during training
• Must have a private workspace and reliable, fast internet that meets required standards
• Experience in medical or other bill collection preferred but not required
