[Remote] Customer Service Representative
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Gallagher is a company that helps clients face risk with confidence through a client-centric suite of consulting tools. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist customers with their insurance policy inquiries while providing excellent service and support.
Responsibilities
- You’ll be answering the phone and emails from our customers when they have questions issues around their insurance policies
- This isn’t your typical call center job, as you might need to investigate issues and research problems to make sure our customers questions are answered correctly and meet a successful and accurate resolution
- This of course may mean you need to follow up once you have all the information you need
- In every interaction you’ll demonstrate outstanding listening skills while providing excellent customer service
Skills
- High school diploma
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- The ability to type well and use a computer
- It would be great if you had a 4-40 insurance license
- The ability to use Microsoft software, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word
- The ability to take complex information and explain it in simple terms either in writing or over the phone or chat
- An eye for detail
