Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Communicating directly with veterinary facilities to coordinate prescription approvals, resolve client issues, and clarify order requests
  • Analyzing and troubleshooting to determine suitable solutions for clients and partners, and following up as needed to resolve issues
  • Completing data entry of prescriptions into arenaflex healthcare software
  • Maintaining a high level of quality through data entry and order processing of veterinary pharmacy orders
  • Working with empathy, attention, patience, compassion, and kindness to clients and partners alike
  • Collaborating with a willingness to learn and grow, and being open to feedback and development opportunities
  • Communicating with veterinary facilities via phone (and occasionally other channels as needed) using our internal program and systems to navigate solutions and record center note accounts
  • Expecting a significant portion of the typical business day to be outbound veterinary facility/client phone contacts

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
  • Ability to multitask (e.g., chat on the phone while navigating on the computer and taking notes)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with ownership and self-motivation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to obtain a Pharmacy Technician License from the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy where applicable
  • Critical thinking skills and ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to adjust to change according to the business needs of the organization
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information
  • Ability to pass a background investigation
  • Reliability and punctuality, with a commitment to being on time and being your best self
