Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner during business hours (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 11:00-5:00 EST)
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues, such as order delays and shipping problems, in a fair and courteous manner
  • Providing accurate and helpful information to customers, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including notes and resolutions
  • Performing administrative tasks, such as contacting vendors and placing orders, as required
  • Working independently with minimal supervision, while being an integral part of a remote team
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams
