As a remote data entry clerk at arenaflex, you will be part of a collaborative and supportive team that values work-life balance, continuous learning, and career growth. **Key Responsibilities:** As a Part Time Data Entry Clerk - Remote at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Receiving and processing requests for technical assistance from customers * Opening and submitting requests into arenaflex's ticketing system for Help Desk technicians to review * Reviewing each open ticket to determine the outcome from the Help Desk (e.g., problem resolved or requires coordinated call with customer) * Emailing responses to customers to ensure they receive exceptional customer service and updates * Maintaining a high level of organization and focus to ensure each ticket is closed out quickly and efficiently **Essential Qualifications:** * No prior experience is required, but previous I.T.
