Job Description Job title: Data Entry Clerk Company: Community Medical and Dental Care Inc Job description: Community Medical and Dental Care, a fast-paced, growing medical center, is seeking a Data Entry Clerk. We are seeking a candidate who is computer-literate to help expand our mobile services. This is a full-time position with company benefits. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Responsible to verify insurance eligibility for every patient coming to the center for services. • Responsible to enter insurance information into the PM system. • Responsible to reach out to patients with concerns or for corrections with their health insurance. • Responsible to learn the Follow My health and Care Narrative program. • Responsible for reviewing the text messages daily to ensure proper functionality. • Responsible for entering and posting all incoming information from the mobile patient engagement program. • Responsible for running reports on the phone systems operations as requested by CEO. • Responsible for small graphic projects as needed.
