[Remote] Gen AI Co-founder / Advisory Board Members
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Stealth Mode AI Startup is a new venture focused on enterprise performance in the AI space. They are seeking an advisory board member to guide their offshore team in AI development, particularly in data modeling and machine learning applications.
Responsibilities
• Guide current offshore team with AI development
• Engage in modeling, development, or training as necessary
Skills
• Data modelling and Postgres DB
• Development of Gemini LLM and other open sources for performance management application with supervised learning
• Build Agentic AI including supervised and reinforcement learning methods (e.g., decision trees, random forests, neural networks)
• Build datasets for agents
• Fine-tune machine learning algorithms to improve model accuracy and efficiency
• A/B testing
• Clear communication and accountability for own performance
• Apply problem-solving skills and analytical mind-set
• Dedicate part time efforts to ensure AI success
