Trescal is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Remote Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and excellence of their operations, products, or customer service interactions. This fully remote position involves monitoring quality processes, conducting audits, and collaborating with team leaders to maintain high-quality standards. Responsibilities • Monitor and evaluate the quality of work processes, customer interactions, or product performance. • Conduct audits, reviews, and tests to identify errors, gaps, or deviations from quality standards. • Document findings and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for improvement. • Collaborate with team leaders and departments to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. • Develop and update quality assurance guidelines, checklists, and documentation. • Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and root causes of quality issues.
