Part-Time Bookkeeper (1099) – Senior Care Businesses
Remote
Seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support senior-care and home-care businesses. This is a remote, part-time (≈15 hours/week) 1099 subcontractor role.
Pay: $25–$30/hour (based on experience)
Responsibilities include:
• QuickBooks Online bookkeeping
• Bank & credit card reconciliations
• Payroll review & journal entries
• Proper allocation of caregiver vs. admin payroll
• Monthly financial reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet)
Requirements:
• 2+ years bookkeeping experience
• Strong QuickBooks Online skills
• High attention to detail
• Experience with payroll-heavy businesses preferred
Contractor Requirements:
• 1099 subcontractor
• Active Professional Liability (E&O) and Cyber Liability Insurance required before start
