Role Description

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and service. This position includes paid training, allowing you to develop a deep understanding of our products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer inquiries over the phone or through email regarding order updates, status, tracking, delivery, and other related topics
  • Acquiring and maintaining a strong base product knowledge to adequately assist customers with order placement and provide accurate information
  • Providing support, direction, and solutions to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications and Requirements
