Description: • Answer incoming calls to enroll prospects from qualified leads for Prime Fitness and use persuasive sales skills to retain plan members • Build rapport with members to identify need & recommend appropriate solutions • Answer questions and provide guidance to new members on amenities, facilities, billing etc. • Assist, support, or offer alternate solutions to members who wish to cancel • Be considerate of challenges faced by callers or members and use good judgment when handling sensitive information • Handle each member interaction with courtesy, professionalism and respect to guarantee exceptional service while supporting company values and policies • Disclose to members who enroll, the required terms and conditions for all applicable plans • Meet or exceed all monthly defined targets or quotas as issued by supervisors or director.
