Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO)/Co-Founder at 234Deals. The CTO will lead the technological vision of the company, oversee software development, manage IT strategies, and guide the architecture and product development processes. You will collaborate with the leadership team to scale the platform, improve user experience, and drive innovation while managing the technical team and ensuring the execution of key technology projects. Qualifications • Strong expertise in Software Development and Product Development • Proven skills in Project Management and IT Strategy • Experience with Architecture and system design • Leadership abilities to build, manage, and mentor technical teams • Demonstrated experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in startup environments • Effective communication and entrepreneurial mindset • Deep understanding of marketplace technologies or e-commerce platforms is a plus • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
