The Role We are hiring a National Life Insurance Director to build, lead, and scale our Life Insurance division nationwide. This is a senior leadership role for a proven builder who understands life insurance distribution, carrier strategy, and how to grow teams at scale. Key Responsibilities • Build and execute a national growth strategy for Life Insurance • Recruit, develop, and lead regional and state-level leaders • Drive production across Term, Whole Life, IUL, Final Expense, and Mortgage Protection • Implement scalable onboarding, training, and sales systems • Manage carrier relationships and top-level contracts • Oversee KPIs, persistency, compliance, and profitability • Collaborate with Medicare and ACA teams for cross-sell growth Ideal Background • 5+ years of leadership experience in Life Insurance sales or distribution • Proven success building and scaling teams nationwide • Strong carrier and product knowledge • Experience leading managers, RVPs, or agency owners • Entrepreneurial, ethical, and performance-driven mindset Compensation & Benefits • Base salary starting at $220.000 • Performance-based incentives and overrides • Top-tier national carrier contracts • Full marketing, operations, and technology support • Ability to design and lead your own national structure Why Advantage Plus This role is ideal for a senior life insurance leader seeking autonomy, strong support, and the opportunity to build something meaningful inside a high-growth national platform.
