Sigma Tactical Wellness is seeking an Exercise Physiologist to become part of our team. The role focuses on providing high‑quality patient care to first responders and law enforcement enrolled in a cardiac wellness program. Candidates will guide patients through a comprehensive cardio‑metabolic screening evaluation and develop individualized nutritional and exercise plans. Responsibilities • Conduct cardiometabolic testing, including sub‑maximal EKG stress tests. • Review metabolic testing results via telehealth platform. • Collect and interpret vital signs. Qualifications • Prior experience as an Exercise Physiologist. • Degree in exercise physiology sciences or related field (preferred). • Experience conducting stress tests and/or VO2 max testing. • Strong rapport‑building skills with patients. • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. • Excellent verbal communication skills. • Reliable high‑speed internet and computer with camera/mic. • CPR, ACLS or proficiency with EKG interpretation. Hours & Compensation • Screenings Monday‑Friday 8‑5 pm on scheduled days. • Contract position; opportunities across the U.S. • Salary $25‑35 hr (commensurate with experience).
