Trademark Lawyer Needed for YouTube Brand
We’re looking for an experienced U.S.-based trademark attorney to help protect a growing YouTube/media brand that is currently dealing with impersonation on TikTok and other platforms.
This is not a one-off filing only — we want someone who understands digital brands, social media enforcement, and platform takedowns.
Scope of Work
Advise on trademark strategy (word mark vs logo vs both)
Conduct trademark search & clearance
File and manage USPTO trademark application(s)
Assist with or handle impersonation takedowns (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
Draft cease-and-desist letters if needed
Provide guidance on brand protection for content creators
Brand Context
YouTube-based media/entertainment brand
Active on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram
Merchandise + digital brand presence
Currently experiencing impersonator accounts using our name/logo
Experience with creator brands, online media, or merch-based businesses is a big plus.
Requirements
Licensed U.S. trademark attorney
Proven experience filing trademarks with the USPTO
Experience with online impersonation / IP enforcement
Familiarity with social media platform IP processes
Clear communication and responsiveness
