Enterprise Operations AI Intern
Zeta Global is an AI-Powered Marketing Cloud that simplifies marketing through advanced artificial intelligence. The Enterprise Operations AI Intern will assist in streamlining intake processes and improving data accuracy using automation and AI-driven insights, contributing to operational efficiency across the business.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and test AI agents and copilots using internal platforms and frameworks to support enterprise workflows and operational use cases
- Develop and optimize prompts, workflows, and logic chains to improve agent reliability, accuracy, and task automation
- Automate current reports and data loads for PowerBI dashboards
- Rollout Agents to portfolio teams
Skills
- Familiarity with AI or machine learning concepts, especially large language models (LLMs), chatbots, or copilots
- Basic experience with prompt engineering, workflow design, or building simple automation
- Basic proficiency in scripting languages for prototyping and integrations
- Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations (preferred but not required)
