Western Financial Group is a proud Canadian company committed to purpose and community. They are seeking an Insurance Broker responsible for meeting sales targets and building relationships with customers to protect what matters most to them.


Responsibilities

  • You will provide quotes and sell new policies to customers via phone, in-person and by email
  • Everyday you will assist customers with the purchase of their home and auto policy
  • You will manage and build customer relationships and meet insurance sales targets
  • Follow up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities
  • Conduct sales calls for new business and making timely renewal calls for existing customer business

Skills

  • You do not need experience, if unlicensed, we would provide applicable training for the right candidate
  • Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs
  • You must be able to communicate professionally in-person, over the phone, and through email
  • Prior experience achieving sales targets in a similar or comparable role
  • RIBO / General Level 1 Insurance License an asset
  • Working experience in EPIC an asset
