Responsibilities
- Evaluating and structuring loan applications
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with borrowers, brokers, and referral partners
- Matching clients with the right lending programs based on their goals
- Guiding clients through the origination process with clarity and professionalism
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth, timely closings
- Answering incoming calls and schedules appointments
Skills
- Experience in loan origination, processing, underwriting, or real estate (commercial or residential)
- Strong communication, sales, and relationship‑building skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Loan Officer or similar role in financial services
- Ability to understand investor needs and present tailored financing solutions
- Certificate or experiences in sales
- High-school diplomat or equivalent
- Experience in commercial real estate or private lending is a major plus
- Driven and growth mentality
