Princess Cruises is the world’s leading international premium cruise line and tour company, dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for its guests. They are seeking an Intern, Technology to support the development and implementation of AI-driven projects aimed at enhancing service levels within the Customer Service organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and testing AI models to optimize service workflows and improve response times
• Collaborate with Customer Service and Technology teams to gather requirements and integrate AI solutions into existing systems
• Analyze performance data and provide insights to refine AI algorithms for better service outcomes
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program
• Basic understanding of AI concepts, machine learning, and data analytics
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Interest in the cruise and travel industry is a plus
