Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Work with Senior Engineers to build, develop, and scale the variety of services that power our products
• Utilize AI-driven development tools and practices
• Operate in a scalable engineering culture that leverages modern principles of decoupled systems and automated CI/CD/testing/monitoring to drive efficiencies
• Work closely with Product, Design, and adjacent Engineering teams to deliver business critical features to our customers
• Become a domain expert in real estate technology, with a deep understanding of our customers

Skills

• BA/BS/MS in Computer Science or Computer/Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• Software engineering experience of 1-2 year (relevant internship experience included)
• Experience programming in JavaScript, Java, C#, Python, or Go for Web roles
• Experience with Kotlin or Swift for Mobile roles
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• This role requires in-office presence in Boston 3-4 days per week
• Candidates must be available to begin full time no later than January, 2026 and interview locally in our Boston office
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. At this time, we are unable to provide visa application sponsorship for this position
• Experience with AI development tools such as Github Copilot, Claude Code, or Cursor is a plus
• Experience working on public cloud platforms – AWS in particular – is a plus
• Experience with one or more of these technologies is a plus: Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, Kubernetes, S3, Redis, Lambda, Kafka, and Databricks
