**Job Summary:**
As an Experienced Personal Lines/Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our policyholders and prospects. You will be responsible for answering their inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions that meet their needs. **Responsibilities:**
* Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries from policyholders and prospects in a timely and professional manner.
* Provide accurate and comprehensive information about insurance products, coverage, and policies to ensure policyholders have a clear understanding of their options.
* Process policy changes, renewals, and cancellations efficiently and accurately to minimize delays and ensure seamless customer experiences.
* Investigate and resolve policyholder complaints, billing issues, and claims inquiries in a fair and timely manner.
* Assist policyholders in filing claims and provide guidance on claim procedures to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience.
* Handle escalated customer service issues and collaborate with team members to resolve complex problems and find creative solutions.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update policyholder information as required to ensure data integrity and compliance.
* Promote additional insurance products and services to policyholders to help them achieve their goals and protect their assets.
**Education/Experience:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
* Bilingual skills considered a plus, but not required.
