In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers through chat and email channels. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to arenaflex customers through chat and email channels, ensuring prompt and professional responses to all customer inquiries
  • Assist customers with their orders, refunds, and returns, resolving issues efficiently and effectively
  • Respond to inquiries about product availability, shipping, and delivery times, providing accurate and up-to-date information
  • Troubleshoot any technical issues that customers may encounter on our website, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed
