Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A High School Diploma or GED, demonstrating a foundation in education and a commitment to learning
  • 3+ years of Customer Service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving customer issues
  • 2+ years of Call Center experience, with a strong understanding of call center operations and the skills to manage a high volume of calls
  • Bilingual candidates must be fluent in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in both languages
  • The ability to type 35wpm, with strong keyboard skills and attention to detail
  • Reliable Internet Service, with a speed test conducted to ensure that you have a stable and fast connection
  • A designated work area that is free from distractions, allowing you to focus on your work and deliver high-quality results
