Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing outstanding support to our customers at our Locker+ locations. Key Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare for delivery, ensuring that all packages are handled with care and attention to detail.

• Receive truck deliveries, verifying that all packages are accounted for and that the delivery process is completed successfully.

Physical Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be able to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. You'll also need to stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation. Additionally, you may need to use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around, and go up and down stairs (where applicable).

Requirements
