Job Overview
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing outstanding support to our customers at our Locker+ locations. Your role will go beyond just assisting with customer orders; you'll connect with them on a personal level, making their day a little brighter. You'll work in a designated retail location, facilitating the delivery and return of customer orders, and ensuring that every interaction is a positive one. Key Responsibilities
- Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare for delivery, ensuring that all packages are handled with care and attention to detail.
- Assist customers with questions, concerns, or issues they may have, providing timely and effective solutions that exceed their expectations.

- Manage responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site, and ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Use technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders, staying up-to-date with the latest tools and systems.
- Receive truck deliveries, verifying that all packages are accounted for and that the delivery process is completed successfully.
Physical Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to be able to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. You'll also need to stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation. Additionally, you may need to use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around, and go up and down stairs (where applicable).

Requirements
To be eligible for this role, you must be at least 18 years old, with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines in English. You'll also need to be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week.
