Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative (Seasonal, Healthcare) working from home, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing inbound customer support using a call flow guide to address customer inquiries and concerns
  • Assisting customers with healthcare-related needs, such as understanding benefits, claims, billing inquiries, authorizations, finding new providers, and more
  • Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases to ensure accurate and efficient customer support
  • Utilizing problem-solving skills to resolve routine problems and questions regarding client products and/or services
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve complex issues

Essential and Preferred Qualifications
