Job Overview
As a Help Promoter at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate support to our CSRs during dynamic calls, helping them navigate questions and workflows. You will also directly handle escalated member issues, working to de-escalate and resolve concerns effectively. Key Responsibilities
- Offer support and guidance to CSRs during dynamic calls, assisting them with navigating questions and workflows.
- Handle escalated member administration requests and issues, working to de-escalate and resolve concerns effectively.
- Engage with and educate individuals based on their unique needs and preferences, utilizing integrated support tools.
- Act as a knowledge resource for CSRs, helping to improve their performance and understanding of our services.
- Provide coaching, training, and motivation to representatives, offering feedback for performance improvement.
- Perform multiple tasks, identify trends, and maintain attention to detail.
Essential Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

- Past experience handling escalated member issues.
- Powerful communication and documentation abilities.
- Fast learner with the ability to quickly apply new skills.
- Medicare experience preferred.
- Solid analytical skills focusing on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Understanding of medical terminology and strong addressing and discussion abilities.
- Computer proficiency to navigate internal/external systems.
- Bilingual Spanish.
Education
A High School Diploma or G.E.D. is required for this role. While a Bachelor's Degree is not necessary, it may be beneficial for career advancement opportunities.
