Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the voice of the company, interacting with customers via multiple channels, including phone, email, live chat, and self-service platforms. Your role will involve handling a high volume of customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer loyalty and retention. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle 60-80 customer contacts daily in a fast-paced environment, utilizing multiple applications, knowledge bases, tools, and calculators to research and resolve customer queries.
  • Demonstrate active listening skills, confirm understanding of customer needs, and provide concise and accurate information to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Make every reasonable attempt to resolve customer issues on the first call, escalating queries only when necessary, and serving as an advocate for customers with repeat issues.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell arenaflex products and services, establishing customer accounts, and negotiating service type, pricing, billing, and other required information.
  • Meet or exceed service and operational standards, including attendance, adherence, quality, productivity, safety, and timeliness goals, and complete cross-training with Operations, Sales, and Billing teams.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or G.E.D. (accredited) and at least one year of previous customer service experience.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues in simple terms.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, typing skills, and professional phone etiquette.
  • The ability to multitask, react well under pressure, and treat others with respect, identifying and resolving problems in a timely manner.
  • A private workspace with high-speed internet (minimum 50mbs download and 10mbs upload) and the ability to physically connect your computer to the modem or router.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Bilingualism in Spanish, which can be a significant advantage in serving a diverse customer base.
  • Previous experience in a remote work environment, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and technology, including CRM systems and helpdesk tools.
