**Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative II, you will be responsible for:
* Representing arenaflex to external and internal customers, answering product-related questions, and tracing lost shipments
* Interpreting and clarifying customer orders for the shipping department, taking orders or registrations, and connecting customers to appropriate support or field staff when necessary
* Managing web-based ordering or registrations, conferring with management regarding customer credits, returns, and quality assurance complaints
* Approving allocation of stock in short supply, special price quotations, and bids, pricing allowances, deductions, and adjustments
* Managing inventories at customer facilities using EDI (electronic data interchange), forecasting, replenishment, and inventory systems, focusing on stock and allocation issues to maximize service levels
**Essential Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
* Strong analytical and communication skills
* Call Center experience
* Knowledge and experience with SAP
* Familiarity working remotely with multiple monitors
* Proficient in MS Suite
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field
* Experience working in a healthcare technology environment
* Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
* Experience with inventory management and control

arenaflex offers a competitive salary and flexible benefits package, including:
* Salary ranges for U.S. (excl. PR) locations: $34,800.00 - $52,200.00
