You'll be the face of our company, providing expert assistance via multiple channels, including Zoom, phone, email, and online chat. Your primary objective will be to empower our customers to achieve their business objectives by providing clear, concise, and timely support. **Key Responsibilities** As a customer support representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: * Onboarding new customers to our service through our defined onboarding process * Answering questions related to arenaflex's offerings and service * Providing customer support via Zoom, phone, email, and online chat * Responding promptly to customer inquiries * Resolving problems by clarifying the customer's issue, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution * Directing requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource, ensuring the customer need is resolved * Managing and updating the knowledge base and related customer support documents **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications: * Great interpersonal skills – you love working with people and building strong relationships * Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and listening * Comfortable with the basics of internet technology and small business online marketing * Knowledge of insurance and financial services is a plus but not required * Problem analysis and problem-solving skills * Attention to detail and accuracy * Customer service-oriented mindset * Stress tolerance (don't worry, 99% of our customers are really nice) * Ability to thrive in a remote work environment, being self-motivated and organized **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications would be a great asset to your application: * Previous experience in customer support or a related field * Familiarity with software-as-a-service platforms * Knowledge of online marketing strategies and tactics * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States, as long as you're based in one of the following states: * Washington * California * Utah * Iowa * New Jersey * North Carolina * Florida Our work environment is inclusive, diverse, and values-driven.
