**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Responding to inbound calls from clients, resolving their queries, and providing exceptional service
* Handling both Member and Provider calls, ensuring that all queries are resolved efficiently and effectively
* Utilizing the Avaya system to manage calls and provide a seamless customer experience
* Working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changes quickly, and maintaining a high level of professionalism
* Providing empathetic and caring service to clients, controlling conversations, and resolving issues in a timely manner
* Collaborating with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 1-3 years' experience in customer service or a call center environment
* A High School Diploma or equivalent
* Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM systems and software
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
