Open RN Jobs and Locations We have exciting opportunities available at our clinics in: 1250 MERCY DR, STE 201, MUSKEGON, MI 49444-1830 Role and Responsibilities As a Registered Nurse at DaVita, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care. Key responsibilities include: Assessing patients' medical conditions and developing individualized care plans Administering medications, performing treatments, and providing education to patients and families Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve clinical goals Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experience Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records Requirements and Qualifications To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must: Have an Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing, or a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N.), or a three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program Possess a valid RN license in the state of practice Have experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) settings (not required but preferred) Be certified as a Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) (not required but preferred) What We Offer At DaVita, we are committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package, including: Competitive pay range: $35 - $40 per hour, based on experience 9-12 weeks of hands-on training to ensure a smooth transition into your new role Opportunities for career growth and professional development Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid time off, PTO cash out, and more Support for you and your family: family resources, EAP counseling sessions, access to Headspace, backup child and elder care, maternity/paternity leave, pet insurance, and more Our Culture and Values At DaVita, we strive to be a community first and a company second.
