Role Description
We are seeking an Account Executive for a full-time, remote position in California. In this role, the Account Executive will manage client accounts, serve as a key contact for customer relationships, and work proactively to achieve sales targets. This role will involve identifying new business opportunities, conducting presentations and product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and account growth. The Account Executive will also be responsible for staying informed about industry trends and ensuring consistent client engagement. This role is perfect for a SaaS sales professional who enjoys owning a territory, building pipeline, and closing new logo accounts by selling real value.
What you’ll do:
✔ Own the California territory from prospecting through close
✔ Run targeted outbound campaigns
✔ Lead discovery calls, demos, and solution-based conversations
✔ Manage pipeline, forecasts, and deals in HubSpot
✔ Build long-term customer relationships that drive repeat business and referrals
Qualifications
• 3+ years of B2B software sales experience
• Proven quota attainment and pipeline management
• Sales and client relationship management experience, including the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
• Consultative, value-driven selling style
• Strong skills in presentations, product demonstrations, and proposal preparation
• Knowledge of project management principles
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
• Prior experience in managing accounts or sales in technology, healthcare, or related industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management or a related field preferred
• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot a plus)
