Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Student Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our facilities and recreational services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the safety and well-being of all patrons, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet patrons and guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all visitors to our facilities
  • Assist customers with various questions and problems, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Perform basic cleaning responsibilities, including trash removal, equipment maintenance, and laundry duties
  • Support special event set-up and operations, ensuring seamless execution and excellent customer experiences
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for all patrons, completing assigned shifts and duties, and enforcing facility policies and procedures
  • Serve as a first responder to accidents within the building, providing emergency assistance and support as needed

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Current American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer, AED, and Standard First Aid certifications, or the ability to obtain these certifications within the first 30 days of employment
  • BBP Certification, or the ability to obtain this certification within the first 30 days of employment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous experience in customer service, facilities management, or a related field
  • Knowledge of facility policies and procedures, including safety protocols and emergency response procedures
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, with frequent standing, walking, and climbing
  • Basic first aid and CPR certification, with the ability to provide emergency assistance and support as needed
