**Responsibilities:**
As a Temporary Customer Experience Trainer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Coordinating new hire, progression, and enhancement training programs to ensure our employees have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
* Developing and delivering engaging training content, including non-classroom communication and training materials, to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
* Assessing individual participant and class performance, providing constructive feedback, and making recommendations for improvement.
* Participating in minor client interactions, including Weekly Business Review meetings, effective curriculum feedback, and client visits, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
* Demonstrating the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct in dealing with new employees, upholding the values and principles of arenaflex.
* Thriving as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
* Ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered to, including Security, HR, Operations, and other relevant areas.
* Performing other related duties and assignments as required and assigned by supervisor or manager.
**Position Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you must be able to:
* Work remotely and be flexible to work any 8 hours between 8AM-10PM EST.
* Be willing to learn and adapt to new situations, technologies, and processes.
* Work under pressure, plan, meet deadlines, and be accountable for the performance of others.
* Possess solid organizational, administrative, leadership, and time management skills.
* Demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and follow through to obtain desired results.
* Have a keen sense of attention to detail, taking the initiative to identify and address areas for improvement.
* Be enthusiastic and comfortable speaking in front of large groups of people.
* Possess patience with various types of learners and be skilled in determining why and how tasks should be handled to effective completion.
* Proven experience in overcoming unexpected difficulties and using logical problem-solving skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Have availability to work various shifts influenced by current business needs.
* Hold a college degree or equivalent work experience.
* Possess a high school diploma or GED.
* Pass background and drug tests.
* Be experienced with Microsoft Office Products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
