Design Co-op Summer
P&G Design seeks Design Co-ops to create innovative solutions across graphic, industrial, and digital design disciplines supporting brand strategy and business goals.
Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
• Craft excellent design solutions for packaging, product, and digital contexts.
• Collaborate with creative leaders, agency partners, marketers, engineers, and technologists.
• Work through the entire design process: brainstorming, ideation, prototyping, and execution.
• Influence brand and design strategies across multiple touchpoints including packaging, in-store, digital/social, and more.
• Manage projects and collaborate with multi-functional teams.
• Specific roles include Graphic Design, Industrial Design, and Digital Design co-ops with relevant design disciplines.
About You
The company is looking for candidates who:
• Are attending a university/college with a major in design (Graphic Design, Fashion Design, Textile Design, Industrial Design, UI/UX Design, Communication Design, Interactive Design, Digital Design, New Media Design, or Advertising Design).
• Have a portfolio demonstrating creative excellence, design thinking, technical mastery, and presentation skills.
• Possess skills in human-centered design, problem-solving, prototyping, iterating, and relevant software proficiency.
• Can tell a compelling story visually and verbally with a clear point of view.
• Are prepared to complete online assessments measuring skills and abilities critical for success at P&G.
• Are available for a full-time, 40-hour work week during the summer co-op session (approximately May/June through August).
Compensation & Benefits
• Starting pay ranges from $29.00 to $50.00 per hour.
• Total rewards include salary, potential bonus, and benefits.
