About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Customer Service Chat Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a Chat Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering top-notch customer service, providing solutions, and driving sales in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer 2-3 incoming chats using the LiveEngage (LivePerson) platform, providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries
  • Reply to incoming emails from customers, ensuring prompt and professional communication
  • Request contact prescriptions via phone from eye care providers as needed, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Consult customers on the best value for their contact lens purchase, utilizing your sales expertise to drive revenue growth
  • Provide exceptional customer service, delivering solutions that create a positive experience and foster customer loyalty
  • Maintain high performance metrics, including quality, sales, and dependability, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Utilize your problem-solving skills to think critically and make decisions that benefit both the customer and arenaflex

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Chat Representative at arenaflex, you will need:

  • A high school diploma (or GED equivalent)
  • Excellent typing and computer skills, with a minimum of 35 words per minute
  • A strong work ethic, with a hustle and tireless approach to achieving goals
