Client Strategy Manager

Key Responsibilities
• Own assigned client pods, ensuring execution excellence and day-to-day client experience
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality client initiatives and manage project timelines
• Identify expansion opportunities within accounts and prepare materials for renewals and upsells
Required Qualifications
• Experience managing client relationships with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to implement account strategies that support renewal and growth objectives
• Experience in assessing account health and identifying risks and opportunities
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting for client KPIs
