We are seeking a skilled Local SEO & Email Marketing Specialist to help our dental office attract more new patients through targeted online visibility and patient engagement. You’ll focus on optimizing our local search presence and building an effective email marketing strategy to convert leads and retain patients. This is a $500/month project with a clear goal: increase new patient appointments through data-driven local SEO and automated email campaigns Key Responsibilities: Optimize Google Business Profile (GMB) with accurate NAP, services, photos, posts, and reviews. Implement local SEO strategies including citation building, local keyword optimization, and reputation management. Develop and manage a monthly email marketing campaign (e.g., welcome series, appointment reminders, patient education, special offers). Use our tool Mailchimp to create and automate email funnels. Monitor and report on key metrics: GMB views, clicks, form fills, email open rates, and conversion rates. Requirements: Proven experience with local SEO for healthcare providers, especially dentists. Experience creating and managing email marketing campaigns for service-based businesses. Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and GMB insights.
