Hi, Need ServiceNow Platform Architect & Developer-100% Remote and Part Time-4hours a day. Location: Remote: Duration: Part time-4hours a day, Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect and Developer to support our managed services practice. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on expertise in ServiceNow Domain Separation, multi-tenant architectures, and advanced ServiceNow modules. This role requires a proactive professional who stays current with ServiceNow’s latest features, drives best practice adoption, and provides strategic advisement to both technical and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: • Architect, design, and implement ServiceNow solutions in complex managed services environments, with a focus on domain separation and multi-client tenancy. • Lead the technical design and development of ServiceNow modules, including but not limited to: • Technology Provider Service Management (TPSM) • IT Operations Management (ITOM) • Software Asset Management Professional (SAM Pro) • CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Integration with IRE (Identification and Reconciliation Engine) • AI/ML features and automation within ServiceNow • Develop and enforce platform governance, security, and data separation strategies to ensure compliance and optimal performance in managed service scenarios. • Collaborate with client and internal teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and deliver high-quality ServiceNow configurations and customizations. • Proactively research and evaluate new ServiceNow releases, features, and best practices; communicate relevant updates and recommendations to stakeholders. • Mentor and guide junior developers and administrators on ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and platform capabilities. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across ServiceNow modules and integrations. • Document architecture, design decisions, and operational procedures for ongoing support and knowledge transfer. Required Skills & Experience: • 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and architecture experience in managed services or multi-tenant environments. • Proven expertise in ServiceNow Domain Separation, including design, implementation, and ongoing management. • Strong experience with ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, IRE), TPSM, and SAM Pro. • Practical knowledge of ServiceNow AI/ML capabilities and their application to ITSM/ITOM use cases. • Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, security, and integration patterns. • Experience with ServiceNow scripting (Glide, JavaScript), Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP integrations. • Demonstrated ability to stay current with ServiceNow releases and proactively adopt new features. • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITOM, SAM, or other relevant modules. • Experience in managed services provider (MSP) environments or consulting roles. • Familiarity with ITIL, SIAM, or similar service management frameworks.
