Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Paralegal I – III (Remote- MUST LIVE IN WA) Salary: $55,000 – $60,000 DOE Locations: WA, OR, UT, CO | Full-Time Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM About the Role: We’re seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal Injury Paralegal to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in pre-litigation cases and proficiency in Filevine. You’ll work closely with attorneys on a variety of complex cases while supporting clients across multiple states. What You’ll Do: • Partner with attorneys in all phases of pre-litigation • Prepare case files for demands, gather records, and maintain client communication • Draft settlement demands and negotiate with insurance companies • Manage associate paralegals and coordinate internal workflows • Review and summarize medical records and other documentation • Ensure case files are complete, accurate, and organized • Collaborate with internal teams and external parties • Support attorneys in preparing cases for settlement • Other duties as assigned What We’re Looking For: • 2-5 years of experience as a personal injury paralegal • Experience in Filevine and pre-litigation • Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate from an accredited institution • Strong understanding of personal injury law and legal procedures • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Must reside in WA, OR, UT, or CO Why Join Us: • Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, PTO, and paid sick leave • 401K + 3% match • 6 company holidays PrincePerelson & Associates is an Equal Opportunity Employer and we do not discriminate against applicants due to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetics, veteran status, or on the basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.
