Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A USB wired headset with a noise-canceling microphone
  • Be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • A quiet, secured workspace that is free from distractions and interruptions
  • Must live in Texas to apply for this position (please note that we have state-specific requisitions for other locations)
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, with a professional and positive attitude
  • Courteous telephone etiquette and excellent communication skills
