[Remote] Urgent openings for SAP Consultant Support / AMS - onsite at Houston, Texas

Cyma Systems Inc is seeking an experienced SAP Consultant with strong expertise in Application Management Services (AMS) and production support in SAP BTP. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring system stability and managing incidents, while coordinating with business users and technical teams to resolve issues efficiently. Responsibilities • Ensuring system stability • Managing incidents • Handling service requests • Performing enhancements • Coordinating with business users and technical teams to resolve issues efficiently Skills • 8+ years of SAP experience with at least 5 years in Support/AMS roles. • Expertise in one or more SAP modules: HCM, or Basis/Technical. • Expertise on SAP BTP infrastructure and Hyperscalers. • Strong knowledge of incident/change management processes (ITIL framework). • Experience in integration points between SAP modules and external systems. • Proficiency in preparing functional/technical specifications and performing UAT. • Strong analytical, communication, and client-handling skills. • Ability to work in 24x7 support model or rotational shifts if required. • Experience with ServiceNow preferred.
