As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth delivery experience. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Document delivery flow and package tracking information in our system
* Collaborate with regional facilities to ensure a seamless customer experience
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalating as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
* Participate in continuous improvement efforts to drive business growth and excellence
* Work closely with the team to achieve customer satisfaction goals and objectives

**Essential Qualifications**

* Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve customer satisfaction goals
* Strong attention to detail and data entry skills, with the ability to accurately document customer interactions and package tracking information
**Preferred Qualifications**
