About the position At Cognizant Digital Engineering, a small multi-functional team comprised of a Product Manager, an Architect, Full-Stack Developers, UI/UX designers and Big Data analysts builds higher quality software faster than siloed individuals working independently. Across our US Studio system or within client development sites, our Digital Engineering teams ideate and develop innovative cloud-based solutions following a Lean-Agile process with DevOps culture. Responsibilities • Understand software development principles and best practices. • Have full stack development experience. • Be skilled in front-end technologies, Java, Spring Boot, and Angular. • Use DevOps and Cloud tools (Apigee, AWS, Kubernetes, GIT, Maven, Jenkins, Harness, CI/CD). • Design, build, and support APIs. • Mentor junior developers. • Coordinate with stakeholders for technical decisions. • Drive cross-team collaboration and project execution. • Solve problems creatively. • Thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Communicate effectively and lead with self-direction.
