A company is looking for a Spanish Bilingual Customer Retention Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
• Educate and support customers seeking to cancel their policy through inbound calls and emails
• Manage high call volumes while balancing empathy and productivity
• De-escalate challenging situations and provide outstanding customer support
Required Qualifications
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required
• 3 years of experience in customer retention or account management in a call center environment
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service role
• Proven track record in retaining customers and handling cancellations
• Ability to obtain and maintain active Property and Casualty (P&C) licensing in all applicable jurisdictions
