TITLE Senior Project Manager – Online Course Production & Higher Education (LATAM preferred) JOB DESCRIPTION We are a US-based education consulting firm working with universities across Latin America, Africa, and the United States to design, produce, and scale high-quality online academic programs. We are launching multiple course production and academic transformation projects and are looking for an experienced Project Manager to help run these initiatives with structured accountability and speed. This is not a generic PM role. We are specifically looking for someone with experience in online education course production, instructional design operations, and multi-stakeholder university environments. RESPONSIBILITIES Own end-to-end project management for online course production initiatives Coordinate instructional design, multimedia AI video production, and LMS teams Manage timelines, dependencie,s deliverabl,es and risks across workstreams Translate academic requirements into executable production plans Organize pilots sprints and phased rollouts Run internal and client check ins with clear agendas and follow ups Maintain project documentation trackers and status reporting Ensure quality standards consistency and deadlines are met Support leadership with execution planning and prioritization IDEAL BACKGROUND Project management experience in higher education edtech or OPM environments Hands on experience with online course production or instructional design operations Experience working with faculty academic leadership and institutional stakeholders Familiarity with LMS platforms such as Moodle Canvas or Blackboard Comfort managing both creative and academic workflows Experience coordinating distributed teams across regions and time zones Nice to have Experience with AI enabled content production Experience scaling centralized course production models Background in LATAM higher education or international institutions TOOLS AND WORKING STYLE Project management tools such as ClickUp Notion Asana or Monday Google Workspace Slack and WhatsApp coordination Strong written communication and documentation English required Spanish strongly preferred ENGAGEMENT DETAILS Contract role Part time to start with potential to grow Immediate start Long term opportunity for the right candidate Competitive rate based on experience Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
