Social Media Manager (Instagram & TikTok) – Beauty / Hair & Body Care Brand - Contract to Hire

We are a growing handmade hair and body care brand looking for a creative, reliable, and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage our Instagram and TikTok pages. This role is initially contract-based, with the strong potential to become a long-term or permanent position based on performance, consistency, and results. Responsibilities - Manage Instagram & TikTok accounts end-to-end - Create and post engaging content (Reels, short videos, carousels, captions) - Repurpose existing content (product photos, videos, testimonials, voiceovers) - Plan and schedule posts consistently (weekly or monthly content calendars) - Write engaging, brand-aligned captions and CTAs - Use relevant hashtags and trends appropriately - Monitor comments and DMs (basic engagement only) - Track performance and provide simple weekly or monthly analytics - Stay up-to-date with Instagram & TikTok trends in the beauty space What We Will Provide - Product photos and videos - Brand guidelines and content direction - Clear expectations and communication - Content ideas and themes Requirements - Proven experience managing Instagram & TikTok for brands - Strong understanding of short-form video content (Reels/TikTok) - Ability to edit videos (CapCut, Canva, InShot, etc.) - Excellent English writing skills - Familiarity with beauty, hair, skincare, or lifestyle brands (preferred) - Organized, proactive, and able to work independently - Comfortable working with a faceless or product-focused brand Working Hours - Part-time / Contract role - 3–5 posts per week per platform (flexible) - Monthly or weekly payment (to be discussed) - Opportunity for increased pay and permanent role based on performance To Apply, Please Include: - A short introduction about yourself - Links to Instagram/TikTok accounts you’ve managed - Examples of short-form video content you’ve created - Your availability and monthly rate - Why you think you’re a good fit for this role Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
