Senior Art Director – Creative & Web Charlotte, NC 28202 Industry: TECH Job Number: 200151 Pay Rate: $33 / hour Job Description Pay: $33.00- $43.00 per hour DOE Location: Hybrid – Charlotte or Raleigh, NC We are seeking a Senior Art Director – Creative & Web to lead the concepting and execution of high-quality brand advertising, digital experiences, and multi-channel communications. This role partners closely with copywriters, UX designers, account managers, and creative leadership to deliver strategic, on-brand work that supports business objectives and elevates customer and employee engagement. What You’ll Do Lead creative direction and design for brand, marketing, and digital communications Translate business strategies and messaging into compelling creative solutions Develop work across multiple channels including digital, web, email, social, video, motion, and print Collaborate cross-functionally with copywriters, UX, and account teams Present creative concepts and final deliverables to stakeholders and incorporate feedback Ensure work aligns with brand standards, timelines, and budget expectations Maintain high attention to detail from concept through final delivery and archiving Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 10+ years of experience in art direction, graphic design, and digital/web design Strong portfolio demonstrating brand advertising and integrated campaigns Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and presentation tools Experience designing for paid media, web, email, social, video, and print Strong conceptual, communication, and presentation skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Collaborative, adaptable, and detail-oriented mindset Nice to Have Experience in large enterprise or regulated industries Familiarity with Workamajig, SharePoint, and major social platforms Experience leading or mentoring creative team members Additional Requirements Professionally designed résumé (PDF) Portfolio link required Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
