Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Singapore, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Corporate Trainer - AI Skills will be responsible for designing and delivering interactive training programs in Artificial Intelligence (AI) for corporate clients. Responsibilities include preparing and customizing training materials, conducting theoretical and hands-on AI sessions, mentoring learners at varying skill levels, and staying updated with the latest AI trends and technologies.
The role also involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand training needs and evaluate program success through feedback and assessment.
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, and Machine Learning
• Experience in Python programming, data analysis, and relevant frameworks such as Tensor Flow or Py Torch
• Proficiency in curriculum development and delivering educational content effectively
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and train diverse audiences
• Experience working in corporate training or education environments; familiarity with business needs for digital transformation
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt teaching approaches based on learner feedback
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science, or related disciplines
• Prior experience in instructional delivery tools and e-learning platforms is a plus
